DAVIS LAB terms of execution & conditions
- Report of the study is presented in a simplified form (acc. ISO 17025 7.8.1.3), submitted up to 2 working days after completion of the order
- The customer has the opportunity to file complaints at any stage of the test order execution
- DAVIS LAB assesses the conformity of the result with PN-EN 14465:2005/A1, as standard, wherever applicable ,unless the client indicates otherwise
- DAVIS LAB at the request of the customer can make opinions and interpretations of test results, according to the indication specified by the customer in the DAVIS LAB-order form. The issuance of opinions and interpretations is done outside of accreditation
- Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, DAVIS LAB adopts the principle of simple acceptance in accordance with the Guidelines for Decision Rules and Conformity Determinations ILAC-G8:09/2019. DAVIS LAB determines the conformity of the result if it is within the tolerance limits. The risk of erroneous conformity determination may be up to 50% for results close to the tolerance limits
- Unless the customer indicates otherwise, the sample is destroyed 14 days after the tes
- Samples submitted to DAVIS LAB should be protected from external influences
- Acceptance of the offer by signing the test order by an authorized person from the client’s side
- Methods marked with the letter “A” submitted for accreditation (DAVIS LAB in the process of accreditation).
- Payment by bank transfer to the bank account specified on the VAT invoice
- Payment term specified on the VAT invoice
