Abrasion Resistance PN EN ISO 12947-1, PN EN ISO 12947-2, EN 14465:2005/A1

This test evaluates the fabric’s resistance to abrasion.

The fabric sample is placed in a Martindale machine and subjected to an abrasion test.

The Martindale test assesses how long the fabric can withstand intense abrasion. The higher the number of cycles (repetitions of abrasion), the better the fabric quality.
